These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

• Once you purchase a course, you will get the link to the course within 15 minutes of purchase. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to meditacious@gmail.com

• The recorded courses do not come with anyone to one interaction with the instructor (Hitesh Sompura), unless as part of the mentioned monthly QnA classes.

REFUND/CANCELLATIONS

• We do not issue refunds for our courses, workshops, services and/or non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
• We occasionally offer refunds on some of our products or services; only in such cases will you receive your money back according to the terms stated on the item or service.
• We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
